I love this t-shirt which I got at CHAMP. I like how they also use TNRM - but their 'M' stands for Maintain.

Maintain sounds like a less "heavy" word than "manage" and one that I think most volunteers might be more comfy with. Maintain can mean watching out for any newbies and getting these sterilised ASAP. Manage means a more costlier responsibility that includes trips to vets. Most of us do the "best" we possibly can within our own time and financial constraints but to portray us at TnR plus Manage may scare potential volunteers away.

However I find with management groupps, TCs, etc, they like 'manage' - which includes managing complaints. I find that that's the thing that worries most of them - not the number of cats per se.
