Finished updating list!

Finally finished the updating of the list. There are 26 feeders and caregivers I know in the area and 20 agreed to put their names and areas down to be submitted to the town council. Some were a bit worried and asked not to be included. One woman was very happy that there was a list so that the town council would know how to contact her.

Hey, I saw a very clean and well-behaved stray near my workplace today. It's not sterilized, I think. I can't bear to see it wonder around like that.. But I don't know what should I do. I'm afraid it might get abused because I've seen some kids scaring it and because it's near a childcare (my workplace), some parents may use their legs to push it away.

Do you all take strays and put them into foster homes and help in getting them adopted?

Can I have your email so I can know what I should do for it if it's still there tomorrow? Thanks alot!

My email is under my contact details Siew.

We do not encourage people to pick up cats because it leads to what is known as the vacuum effect - more cats will move in. If it is not in danger, then how about just getting it sterilised?

20! Wow! That's a really respectable number, man!

I wish we got that kind of numbers in my area. And the TC wanting to be able to contact the volunteers - only in my dreamland. For now.

Maybe I should consider staking out likely feeder areas and enforce conscription! =P

Anyway, good job, Dawn.

Haha - well a good small area is better than a large area where not everyone is committed.I've seen this to be true.
