Another cat at risk?

Vegancat and another volunteer told me that the Bedok cat killer was seen taking another cat up into his flat. I've been told that I must have misunderstood earlier and that the kitten ran out before the police arrived. This is really quite worrying but the volunteers are all keeping a close watch on him. The volunteer took the cat home eventually.

Committee meeting tonight.

this is really disturbing. Aside from letters to the press, what else can we do?

"At 2.30am, Sally and I went to Blk 544. We saw him (David) carrying a cat to his place again. Sally tried to stop him and I called the police. Can we write a letter to put this guy in a mental hospital? He is too dangerous."

Oh dear, reading this sent a chill down my spine - what else can be done to stop more felines from being tortured by this 'man'.

That man is challenging the caregivers. The caregivers needs to pyschic themselves up and challenge him mentally. Video his every movements, continue to report to the police, follow him to his house in a pairs or group. Keep 'harassing' him in his house until his family gets angry with him. Must look fierce when confront him, act like a gangster.

Another alternative, report him to HDB. Maybe there is enough evidence for HDB to issue him a warning before they confiscate his flat.

I think this chap lives alone and it is a one-room rental flat. Sharifah has informed the rest of the caregivers to have their mobile phone-camera ready to record evidence of abducted cats and kittens. Please help Sharifah and the rest of the caregivers to speed up the sterilization of the community cats so that there will be no more kittens at risk. Please post your email on msn singapore cat so that I can let you know how you can help with sponsorship.
