Filing reports

I spoke to one of the caregivers in Bedok and asked how the situation has been since the Bedok cat killer was released. According to her, he made a threat against one of the caregivers. I've asked if they've filed a police report, but she said the caregiver is exasperating all of them by refusing to do so. She's going to ask her to speak with me. The caregiver I spoke to said they were all quite annoyed - this other woman has been complaining to all of them but she won't go to the police with this. Apparently in this case, the police asked her to file a report, and she did not want to.

If she won't speak up to the right people, then nothing can be done about it... and so the caregiver should stop complaining. Because really... what else can anyone do?

Someone needs to talk to this caregiver. Her fears may be very real. She needs to be assured of adequate protection.

I think the other caregivers did try but I'll give it a go too.

I spoke to one of the caregiver and she said that David Hooi was seen "playing" with one of the community cats under the care of another care-giver. It was a big ginger cat. A police patrol car came by and he ran off. The area was searched for any missing cats. None (yet).

He should be tagged! He is a menace where-ever he moves to!

If he drives, he can pick up any friendly cat from other areas and bring home, so the feeders will not suspect any cat lost.

It would be good if the feeders could work with the foreign cleaners who clear the rubbish chute daily, so to check if there's any dead/injured cat in there.
