Good point!

It is AVA get the message that some people are fed up with their ineptness in the welfare of animals. Stop dishing out easy solution with cat trap but dish out leaflets on humane method of keeping cats out. Stop killing cats. Start sterilizing! It is shame that AVA contines to be stained with unending flow of "blood" of stray dogs and cats!

Those who could not feel for cats suffering under the hot sun and torrential rain are worst than zoombies.

Need a separate department to manage animal welfare in Singapore.

Again, my opinion - Ban trap and cull. How many cases of trap cruelties have gone unreported, un-noticed, un-exposed....
Very difficult to monitor and prevent cruelty to trapped strays.
Returning a one-piece stray cat doesn't mean it had not gone thru pains, sufferings and mistreatment.
What next is even worst - death.

ej that would be the best of course - but if the traps are loaned out, there must be some minimum requirements at least.

Anonymous a good point - animal welfare should be run completely separately.
