No season parking disc?

At this point, it was clear the complainant did not wish to speak with us anymore as he kept repeating he was busy. He beat a hasty retreat into the RC.

We stood outside and spoke with the TC officer for a few minutes more and she took the repellent and said she would try and make him use it. She said if not she would ask the workers to spray it around his car herself.

The caregiver and I went back to the carpark to try and have another look at the scratches. When we were there I managed to double check what I thought I had seen earlier. The car had no season parking disc on it. It had a number of police decals but no season parking label. When I showed it to another volunteer later, she pointed out there was no road tax either. The caregiver and I were baffled - do RC members or police not have to pay for parking? We were told this was a new car and that he had had it for a month, but still there ought to have been valid road tax unless he has had it for less than 14 days or there are special exemptions we're not aware of that allow certain people not to pay to park? Anyone know of any? I'll have to look it up more later.

We also spoke to a few other residents parking in the carpark. We spoke to three different people parking there - one mentioned they saw cats sitting on the cars but there was no problem.

The TC officer had come back to the carpark by this point. She apologised to the caregiver for what she said earlier in the day. She said she realised she used the wrong words and had some wrong impressions. I thought that was good of her.

This is a pouting sore loser. If he drives a car with a special plate that exempts him from paying parking and road tax, then he is being supported by the PEOPLE of people and he is expected to behave!
Please don't get him get away with this atrocity and file a complaint with the MP and his employer, if he has one!

To the complainant who is reading this. I think you ought to be very ashamed of yourself. For a person "educated" enough to afford a car, you have remained so "small" as to pick up cats,TC officer and caregivers to bully! I hope your children, if you have any, will read this and be totally ashamed of having such a father!
The day will come when you will face your death and look back and hopefully by then you too will be totally ashamed of what a wasted low life you have led!

Maybe he is commiting an offence by not displaying his road tax on his car window?(for reasons only known to him)

If you're on the RC, I think you get free parking.

Yes I was wondering about whether you get free parking with the RC - will check up on that. I spoke with someone who told me that they thought RC members needed to pay too but I need to confirm this. Anyone an RC member?

RC senior members get the label but not suppose to any old how park like LKY is their father. Meant to be for-work related but this has been abused for many many years.
Re the no-tax label it'd be interesting to write to the PM Office and provide the licence plate and name of this senior RC member.
He'll be demoted pretty much soon and no more complaints from him nor other RC members.
PMO is very strict against grassroot members abusing their position.

Yes I would think so too. I don't think he IS a senior RC member - seems he is quite new.

since he is a new member, and now ppl know his true colors, maybe e other RC members should let their boss know wat a unkind person he is. Ask him to leave,he is not fit to be a RC member. He is just a trouble-maker and a big bully.

First the accusation without evidence against the cats, next, the rudeness and not to mention the silly cockiness.

Then his other problems like refusing to display official documents like roadtax and valid carpark labels.

He is not a model citizen. He is openly aggressive and actively breeding tension. If he continues this way, he becomes a liability for the RC outfit.
The community cats behave better.
