Catnappers tried to strike again

The catnappers apparently tried to strike again yesterday - and now it seems they've moved to one of the neighbouring areas. One of the caregivers told me this morning that another caregiver saw them and asked them what they were doing. They said that they wanted to take the cats away to get them sterilised - except all the cats there ARE sterilised. The caregiver went into the police station but when she came back out with the police, the duo had disappeared. I'm going to call the caregiver in a bit as she is asleep right now for more information.

Something is wrong here, if they knew the cats were sterilised then why did they said they were going to sterilise to the caregiver?

Lie. Going to shelter is another lie as it is costly on a long term basis. And why disguse themselves wearing sunglasses? They are culling again. Have you check with the TC there?

Is CWS going to brief the caregivers what to do in the event catnappers strike again? Please don't run to the police, you lose the culprits, keep an eye on the
cat nappers, write down car nos., take photos, follow them and call police all at the same time. No need to engage in an emotional talk, all a waste of time.

Yes I've spoken with the caregivers. Our FAQ sheet also states what should be done if pest control comes, and the same information can be used.
