Reward to be offered

I'm posting this reward which CWS has decided to offer to help us find the missing 15 cats :-

"15 sterilised and managed cats in the Jurong area have gone missing in recent weeks. Eyewitnesses report seeing one or two women trapping cats and removing them from the area. It has been confirmed that they have not been trapped by the TC or AVA.

These cats have been sterilised and are being looked after by caregivers who have spent much time and effort on their management and wellbeing.

The Cat Welfare Society is offering a $1000 reward to anyone with information leading to the return of the cats and/or information leading to successful prosecution of those responsible for their disappearance.

Please email or call 9628 6296 if you have any information. Thank you for your cooperation."

Not long ago, cats were murdered in 327 vicinity and now 15 cats disappeared in the 400 and 600 blks.
Very systematically carried out.
Which provision shop/blk saw the 2 trappers trying to snatch the sterilised cats?

What kind of offence for providing ' shelters ' to community cats? If found, would caregivers take over the cats?

Sigh of relief here - the 2 ladies catnappers are not sent by the authorities, which means the cats not send to AVA.
Could the 15 cats be in the earlier cattery you mentioned you visited?
I can't understand why the 2 ladies think they 'rescuing' the sterilised stray cats when Town Council not capturing them, and the cats have feeders looking after them.
If these 2 ladies want to 'rescue' cats, why not rescue the cats from SPCA?

Anonymous are any of you in the area in touch with your TC? That's the first thing you should do - call the TC. Drop me an email so I can give you more details.

I'm taking your post because I don't think it's good to mention which block you are at.
