The first feeder called again and said that she was upset with the second feeder. Apparently she is trying to take all the cats away that are sterilised, and to remove some yet to be done. She claims she got the cats there sterilised.
When I asked the second feeder about it a while ago, HE claimed that all the cats there had been done too.
Of course the first feeder wants me to talk to the second feeder to tell him to give her the cats so she can remove them and put them somewhere else. I told her that frankly, the two of them need to put aside their constant squabbling and work together. They are always complaining about each other. I told her if she really cannot work with him, then she should consider not managing the cats in this area.
She said she wanted to get out altogether but she wants her cats too. I told her that at this point, BOTH can say the cat is 'theirs'. She said the cat is hers because she sterilised it. The other feeder however, she admits, feeds it every day. So whose cat is it? And is this tussling really helping?
Wouldn't it be better if both worked with each other to talk to the building management and tried to resolve the problem? Obviously there is a complainant in the building who really wants the cats removed (and who has never called me despite the management asking him to do so). Instead of fighting each other, why not put their effort to better use and try and prevent this man from trapping and killing the cats?
